TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement shall be carried out on the basis of a framework agreement with a term of 4 years from the start of the contract until the time of order placement. Immediate acceptance: 1,200 units of headsets: 780 units of mono headsets and 420 units of dual headsets, as well as 300 units of USB connection cables with quick-disconnect coupling. Delivery of the immediate acceptance must take place no later than 4 weeks after award is issued “free of charge to place of delivery” (“Frei Haus”). Minimum order quantity of Y-trainer cables: 20 units. Maximum order quantity: 1,600 headsets: 980 units of mono headsets and 620 units of dual headsets, 500 units of USB connection cables with quick-disconnect coupling and 200 units of Y-trainer cables with quick-disconnect coupling. The headsets as well as the USB connection cables and Y-trainer cables for further call-offs shall each be delivered “free of charge to place of delivery” (“Frei Haus”) no later than 2 weeks after the call-off to the place of performance specified above.
