TENDER DESCRIPTION
Ordering maintenance/cleaning services for the property at Mäealuse 2/2, Tallinn for the period 1.11.2026-31.10.2029. The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that, in accordance with Section 23(7) of the Public Procurement Act (RHS), the estimated contract value of the procurement also includes an additional procurement option in accordance with Section 49(5) of the RHS.
