SBH | Schulbau Hamburg has, as a state agency of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as SBH), the task of planning, constructing, maintaining and operating school properties in accordance with sound economic principles while taking account of school-related requirements, and of leasing more than 400 schools to the Authority for Schools and Vocational Education (Behörde für Schule und Berufsbildung, BSB). --------------- The former site of the University of Applied Sciences for Construction is to be converted into a campus school.
