TENDER DESCRIPTION

SBH | Schulbau Hamburg has, as a state agency of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as SBH), the task of planning, building, maintaining and operating the school properties in accordance with economic principles while taking school-related needs into account, and of renting out more than 400 schools to the authority for schools and vocational education (Behörde für Schule und Berufsbildung, BSB). --------------- The former site of the University of Applied Sciences for Construction is to be converted into a campus school. The buildings and outdoor facilities are subject to monument protection and are to be renovated and redesigned. As a new build, a three-court sports hall will be constructed. --------------- Here: concrete facing stone --------------- - Preserve and extend existing concrete facing stone slabs - Produce concrete facing stone slabs in different dimensions: approx. 1,570 pieces - Install concrete facing stone slabs - Repair works (defects, openings/drill holes) - Cleaning, fluxing/fluatizing, and applying care to existing concrete facing stone surfaces - Coverings with hardboard panels
