TENDER DESCRIPTION

Accommodation in a hotel establishment and youth hostel - excluding booking platforms or trip-organising services - for pregnant women and single parents with at least one child aged under three years, emancipated minors, candidates for minority status, and young adults in the Amiens Métropole sector. The consultation concerns lot No. 2: Young adults, emancipated minors and candidates for minority status. Lot No. 1 was awarded as part of a previous consultation. The service is exclusively for hotel establishments and youth hostels. The consultation is conducted under an adapted procedure pursuant to Articles L2123-1, R2123-1(3°) and R.2131-15 of the Public Procurement Code. The services under lot No. 2 give rise to a multi-award framework agreement (these are five in number, subject to a sufficient number of candidates and tenders). It will be carried out through purchase orders, pursuant to Articles R.2162-2 and R.2162-4 of the Public Procurement Code, as and when required by the Department, for a maximum order amount of EUR 2,000,000 excl. tax for the initial period as well as for each renewal period.
