TENDER DESCRIPTION

The GMH | Gebäudemanagement Hamburg GmbH is a municipal company which, among other things, provides building, operations and facility management services for more than 50 general education schools in the south of Hamburg (Wilhelmsburg and Harburg) as well as for buildings in higher education and municipal construction. --------------- The school site at Heidacker 13 in Hamburg-Eidelstedt is to be developed for the future. The following new-build measures are planned on the property: 1) extension to the Hamburger Schulhaus (based on the Hamburger Klassenhaus) and 2) extension to the Zweifeldhalle. The subject of this D&B (design-and-build) tender is the extension to the Hamburger Schulhaus in line with the Hamburger Klassenhaus. Implementation is carried out via a general contractor who provides LPH 5-8 and constructs the building using pre-fabricated construction. The existing school grounds include an existing building stock of 6 buildings of different building classes, including an existing mobile classroom unit adjacent to the building site.
