TENDER DESCRIPTION

GMH | Hamburg Building Management GmbH is a municipal company which, among other things, provides construction, operation and management services for over 50 general education schools in the south of Hamburg (Wilhelmsburg and Harburg), as well as for buildings of the higher-education and municipal construction sectors. --------------- The school site Heidacker 13 in Hamburg-Eidelstedt is to be expanded in a future-proof manner. The following new-build measures are planned on the site: 1) extension to the Hamburger School Building (based on the Hamburger Klassenhaus) and 2) extension to the two-field sports hall. The subject of this design-and-build tender (GU tender) is the extension to the Hamburger School Building in line with the Hamburger Klassenhaus. The project will be implemented through a general contractor who provides service phases LPH 5-8 and constructs the building using prefabricated construction. The existing school grounds comprise a building inventory of 6 buildings of different building classes, including an existing mobile classroom unit located adjacent to the construction site.
