GMH | Gebäudemanagement Hamburg GmbH is a municipal company which, among other things, provides the services of construction, operation and management for more than 50 general education schools in the south of Hamburg (Wilhelmsburg and Harburg) as well as for buildings of higher education and municipal construction. --------------- The school site at Heidacker 13 in Hamburg-Eidelstedt is to be expanded in a future-oriented way. The following new-build measures are planned on the site: 1) extension to the Hamburger Schulhaus (based on the Hamburger Klassenhaus) and 2) extension to the Zweifeldhalle. The subject of this DB procurement procedure is the extension of the Hamburger Schulhaus in accordance with the Hamburger Klassenhaus. The project will be implemented through a general contractor who provides phases 5-8 (LPH 5-8) and constructs the building using prefabricated construction methods. The existing school grounds comprise an existing building stock of 6 buildings of different building categories, including an existing mobile classroom unit adjacent to the construction site.
