GMH | Gebäudemanagement Hamburg GmbH is a municipal company which, among other things, provides the construction, operation and management services for more than 50 general education schools in the south of Hamburg (Wilhelmsburg and Harburg) as well as for buildings used for higher education and municipal construction. --------------- The school site at Heidacker 13 in Hamburg-Eidelstedt is to be developed for the future. The following new-build measures are planned on the site: 1) extension to the Hamburger Schulhaus (based on the Hamburger Klassenhaus) and 2) extension to the Zweifeldhalle. The subject of this DB contract tender is the extension of the Hamburger Schulhaus in accordance with the Hamburger Klassenhaus. The project will be implemented through a general contractor who provides LPH 5-8 and constructs the building using prefabricated construction methods. The existing school grounds include a stock of buildings consisting of 6 buildings of different building classes, including an existing mobile classroom unit adjacent to the construction site.
