TENDER DESCRIPTION
The project areas are located within the security zone of Sylt Airport and are therefore not publicly or freely accessible. Access to the airport's security zone is exclusively through authorized airport personnel and not independently. For reasons of flight safety, the working personnel must be accompanied during the work by the airport's security staff. Air traffic is particularly vulnerable to possible attacks. According to § 7 para. 1 no. 2 of the Aviation Security Act (LuftSiG), there is an obligation for persons who are to be granted access not only occasionally but for professional activity to the security zone of an airport site in the sense of § 8 or to an assigned area of an aviation company in the sense of § 9 to undergo a reliability check. Determination of reliability is a prerequisite for activities in the air security area under LuftSiG and for the performance of the services tendered here. The deployed personnel must have successfully passed a reliability check according to § 7 LuftSiG before the start of the measures.
