TENDER DESCRIPTION
The heat supply for the new building is provided via the existing air/water heat pump of the gymnasium. The generated heating energy is transferred to the new building via underground, thermally insulated heating pipework and is handed over to the building-internal heating distribution network in the technical centre in the basement. The heating distribution is carried out via thermally insulated Cu pipe lines. Heat is delivered via underfloor heating, supplemented by 2 radiators. Connection of the underfloor heating is made via heating circuit manifolds in subdistribution cabinets; the radiators are controlled room-by-room via thermostatic valves. The low-temperature heating system is designed for operation with an air/water heat pump. TWWB is produced electrically in a decentralized manner. The heat supply for the air handling unit (RLT) devices is provided on site via the heat network of a hybrid plant. The heating control components must be coordinated with the building’s electrical measuring and control system (MSR). Approx. 285 m of pipe DN 12 to DN 50, 1,232 m² of underfloor heating with 8 heating circuit manifolds, 2 tubular radiators, etc. The heat supply for the new…
