TENDER DESCRIPTION

For heating the Berufskolleg Meschede, the plant engineering is to be installed from the ground up. Heat generation is carried out by 2 air-to-water heat pumps to be set up in the outdoor area. 2 additional booster heat pumps are used to raise the system temperatures of the sports hall, which is also to be supplied. 2 gas condensing boilers to cover peak load demands are also to be installed. The installation of the plant control centre is to take place in the basement floor of an existing building on the site (component R), which is intended to be refurbished at a later time, separate from the measures described here. The heating-side connection of the new build is via district heating pipelines that have already been newly laid. In the new build, the distribution network consisting of pipework and heating distribution manifolds is to be installed floor by floor together with accessories. In parallel to the installation in the new build, the setup of the heat generation system in the existing building is carried out as well as the placement of the heat pumps in the outdoor area.
