"* Dates for carrying out the principal service on site: Start of service 15.03.2027; end of service 08.03.2028 * Description of the procurement: Heating and cooling installation for an institute building with a test hall: - Heat supply output approx. 250 kW, cold supply approx. 160 kW - combined heat and cold network using district heating, geothermal use, air-to-water heat pump and compression refrigeration - Heating of the building by underfloor heating, room air technology, component activation (not part of the tender) and local heating surfaces - Cold supply for room air technology, surface cooling, air recirculation cooling units and technical cooling"
