LT Max, technical refurbishment of the basement level In the Bavarian State Parliament (Bayerischer Landtag), Maximilianeum, a comprehensive refurbishment of the technical building services equipment takes place in the sub-basements. New heating and refrigeration manifolds including pumps and other hydraulic peripheral equipment are installed, and the supply is ensured via new pipelines up to defined transfer points to the upper floor. After switching the supply to the new pump groups and pipelines, the old pipelines and hydraulic circuits are completely dismantled.
