LT Max, technical refurbishment of the basement floor In the Bavarian State Parliament, Maximilianeum, a comprehensive refurbishment of the technical building services takes place in the lower levels. New heating and chilled water distribution manifolds are to be installed, including pumps and other hydraulic peripheral equipment, and supply is to be ensured via new pipelines up to defined transfer points on the upper floor. After switching the supply over to the new pump groups and pipelines, the old pipelines and hydraulic runs will be fully dismantled. To a limited extent, sanitary measures will be carried out for new shower and toilet facilities.
