TENDER DESCRIPTION
The demonstration center for sector coupling is designed as a research building that combines laboratory and office space. The building site is part of the research campus at Schleusengraben. With regard to building law, the zoning plan B-Plan Bergedorf 104 /Curslack 19 is binding. The 3-storey building is placed gable-end to the street, between Am Schleusengraben and the Schleusengraben, along the southern site boundary. In the northern part of the site, the parking spaces are located. The heating and cooling technical systems include heat and cold generation, heat and cold distribution, and the space heating and cooling areas for the demonstration center for sector coupling. The heat and cold supply is provided via three reversible air-water heat pumps (refrigeration units) installed on the roof, with a heating output of approx. 30 kW and a cooling output of approx. 45 kW per unit, supplemented by buffer storage tanks, an electric heating device for peak load coverage, and a hydraulically balanced pipe distribution network made of copper and steel.
