Construction of heating and cooling systems consisting of: Producers/Major components: 2 chillers (1 turbo compressor, 1 compact chiller installed outside), 1 cooling tower, 1 heat pump, 1 district heating transfer station Central/distribution: pumps, 3 x storage tanks, 2x distributors, heat exchangers, valves and other components. Distribution: Extensive heating and cooling networks including pipe insulation (total approximately 7,500 m, up to DN 100), approximately 1,700 m² underfloor heating, approximately 210 m² heating-cooling ceiling, approximately 80 fan coil units. - Maintenance and inspection for a new system in connection with its construction and installation, duration 4 years - Supplementary contract for fault repair to the contract for maintenance and inspection of technical systems and equipment.
