TENDER DESCRIPTION

The scope of the measure comprises the change of use, renovation and extension of the former office building of the company Dr. Pfleger in Hallstadt for use as a Montessori school. As part of the construction work, the existing technical systems in the area of heating supply will be completely dismantled and newly installed in accordance with the requirements of the intended future use. The building’s heating supply will continue to be provided via district heating. The existing district heating connection will be dismantled due to the changed room layout and replaced by a new district heating connection in another technical room. The district heating transfer station will be newly built in accordance with the new conditions. The heat distribution is carried out via a two-pipe system. Attached to it are radiators, ceiling radiant panels as well as the domestic hot-water registers of the air-handling equipment.
