TENDER DESCRIPTION

Heating and cooling system for the new construction of a children’s home in Rosenheim. Heating and cooling supply is provided via a reversible air-to-water heat pump for outdoor installation. In the technical room, a buffer storage tank with a capacity of 1,500 litres, as well as a heating and cooling manifold are installed. The individual heating and cooling circuits are supplied via this. Heating and cooling of the rooms is provided by underfloor heating with a total area of approximately 1,200 m2, distributed over the ground floor (EG) and the upper floor (OG). In addition, radiators are installed to condition the temperature of the technical rooms on the upper floor (OG).
