TENDER DESCRIPTION

The object of the tendered project "REDEVELOPMENT OF THE DETH-HELEXPO SITE IN THESSALONIKI" (the "Project") is the overall redevelopment of the DETH-HELEXPO S.A. site in Thessaloniki, aimed at creating a modern exhibition and conference center of international standards, combined with the development of extensive public spaces, green areas, and infrastructures that will substantially upgrade the urban environment and the city’s functioning. The Project will represent a major developmental prospect for Thessaloniki, as it will enhance the quality of life for residents by providing public green space and increase the city's competitiveness as a destination for conferences, exhibitions, and events. The Project is expected to generate significant benefits for Thessaloniki and Northern Greece overall. For the city of Thessaloniki, a large part of the area will be returned to residents through outdoor spaces and green areas with the characteristics of a metropolitan park, covering approximately 120,000 square meters.
