TENDER DESCRIPTION

Helicopter transport with a helicopter for planned and unplanned maintenance work and trouble-shooting missions: The contractor undertakes to make a helicopter available for planned maintenance work and, predominantly, for unplanned maintenance work/trouble-shooting missions at the contracting authority’s OWP. Persons and material must be transported between Emden or Borkum, depending on the contracting authority’s call-off, and the OWP. Depending on the schedule of tasks, it may be necessary to fly to multiple locations, including across multiple wind farms. The contractor must ensure that a helicopter is available when the contracting authority informs the contractor about planned missions on the previous day, by 19:00, of the mission. For unplanned trouble-shooting missions, the contractor’s helicopter must be ready for departure within an advance-notice period still to be agreed. The contracting authority expects an offer with flight-minute prices excluding fuel for different minimum quantities of call-off, as specified in a matrix provided by the contracting authority, which will be made available with the request to submit an offer.
