TENDER DESCRIPTION

Helicopter transport with helicopter for planned and unplanned maintenance work and remedial response missions: The contractor undertakes to provide a helicopter for planned maintenance work and predominantly unplanned maintenance work/remedial response missions in the contracting authority’s OWP. Persons and material are to be transported between Emden or Borkum, depending on the contracting authority’s call-off, and the OWP. Depending on the work scheduling, landing at multiple locations, including across wind farms, may be required. The contractor shall ensure that a helicopter is available when the contracting authority informs the contractor of the mission for planned operations on the previous day by 7 p.m. For unplanned remedial response missions, the contractor’s helicopter must be ready to depart within a notification time to be agreed. The contracting authority expects an offer with flight-minute prices excluding fuel for different minimum call-off quantities, specified in a matrix provided by the contracting authority, which will be made available with the invitation to tender.
