TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the renewal of the district heating equipment at Helsinki Ice Hall as well as the procurement of the heat pump system. The procurement includes, as part of implementation, all necessary electrical, automation and other technical design and installation work. The procurement also includes the dismantling and removal of the old district heating equipment and its proper disposal. The subject of the procurement and the requirements set for it are described in more detail in the invitation to tender and its appendices. In the procurement procedure, one (1) supplier will be selected based on the bids. The selection criteria are described in more detail in Appendix 1, Tender Form. The procurement is not divided into parts because, based on the nature of the procurement, it is not appropriate to do so. The procurement constitutes a single joint entity. Dividing the procurement into parts would significantly make overall management of the procurement more difficult and would cause additional costs. Alternative or parallel bids are not permitted.
