TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Helsinki Urban Environment Services (Stara) requests your tender for passenger cars in accordance with this tender request and the documents attached to it. This is a supply contract. The tender may be submitted for one, two, or all of the sections, as well as for several different car makes and models that meet the requirements of the tender request. The tender must be submitted using the tender form attached to the tender request (Appendix 1). The subject of the procurement is described in greater detail in the attachment (Appendix 2). The draft contract concerning the procurement is attached (Appendix 3).
