TENDER DESCRIPTION
The City of Helsinki Construction Service Department (Stara) requests your tender for passenger cars in accordance with this invitation to tender and the documents attached to it. This is a supply contract. The tender may be submitted for one, two, or all of the sections, as well as for several different makes and models of cars that meet the requirements set out in the invitation to tender. The tender must be submitted using the tender form attached to the invitation to tender (Appendix 1). The subject matter of the procurement is described in more detail in the attachment (Appendix 2). A draft contract concerning the procurement is attached (Appendix 3).
