TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is an electronic payment instrument service for the sports and culture benefit and the lunch benefit granted as a staff benefit to employees of the City of Lohja (hereinafter the “Contracting Entity” or the “Client”). With this service, employees may, according to their choice, obtain sports and culture services and use the lunch benefit at places of use that are included in the Service Provider’s service selection. Approximately 2,100 people work for the City of Lohja. A mobile application refers to software designed to operate on mobile devices (the requirement does not include so-called smartphones). The software provides employees with the opportunity to pay for the staff benefit without being dependent on physical payment instruments. Both benefits must be available through the same mobile application. The Service Provider shall provide a solution that enables the granting, modification and termination of employee benefit entitlements to be automated based on the Client’s employee information (so-called HR integration or equivalent).
