TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is an electronic payment instrument service for the sports and culture benefit and the lunch benefit granted to the employees of the City of Lohja (hereinafter “Contracting Authority” or “Client”) as a staff benefit. With this service, employees may, according to their choice, obtain sports and culture services and make use of the lunch benefit at locations included in the Service Provider’s service selection. Approximately 2,100 people work for the City of Lohja. A mobile application means software designed to operate on mobile devices (no so-called smartphone is required). The software provides the employee with the opportunity to pay for the staff benefit without being tied to physical payment instruments. Both benefits must be available through the same mobile application. The Service Provider shall provide a solution that makes it possible to automate the granting, changing and termination of employee benefit entitlements based on the Client’s employee information (so-called hr integration or corresponding).
