TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Kotka (contracting authority) personnel affairs unit (contracting entity) requests tenders for a payroll services operator, personnel management services and supporting information systems (service package) in accordance with the request for tenders and its annexes. The procurement contract will be concluded as an open-ended agreement with one economically most advantageous tenderer (referred to in the procurement documents as the service provider, supplier). During the contract period, the service provider will produce, as a service package, the payroll services and personnel management services outsourced by the contracting entity in accordance with the annexes to the request for tenders. The provision of services will comply with the applicable legislation, national regulations, statements, instructions binding on both the service provider and the contracting entity, and good accounting practices in force at each time.
