The subject of the procurement consists of training and coaching services that support change management and the staff’s readiness to operate in changes and in an environment that constantly changes. Through training and coaching, staff are supported in managing change and adapting to a new situation more quickly. This is important also in terms of the functioning of the work community, effectiveness and wellbeing at work. The content of the trainings and coaching sessions may relate, for example, to planning and implementing changes, communicating change, supervisors’ work in change situations, interaction skills, and supporting staff’s adaptation and coping at work during the change. The trainings support the functioning of work communities, work performance/effectiveness and wellbeing at work in change situations.
