TENDER DESCRIPTION

Structural engineering includes the development of an economical, safe and durable structural concept, taking into account the architectural and technical framework conditions of the project. This includes preparing the structural calculations, including load assumptions, sizing load-bearing components such as foundations, slabs, columns, walls and roof structures, and producing the required layout plans and formwork plans. The structural engineer also participates in the review of the execution planning and is available in an advisory capacity during construction. The reimbursable costs are expected to be approximately EUR 980,000.00. Honorarium zone III is to be used. The scope of services for thermal protection comprises the preparation of the energy performance evidence in accordance with the Building Energy Act (Gebäudeenergiegesetz, GEG), as well as the calculation and optimization of the thermal insulation of the building envelope. The specialist planner must determine the U-values of the relevant building components, calculate annual primary energy demand and optimize the planning with regard to energy efficiency, thermal bridges, airtightness and moisture protection.
