Procedure Award procedure by means of the European public procedure in accordance with the (amended) Public Procurement Act 2012. Contracting authority The contracting authority for this procurement is the Municipality of Breda. For more information about the Municipality of Breda, please refer to the municipality’s website: www.breda.nl. Scope The assignment concerns a framework agreement for integrated tax advisory services. The tax advisory services relate to all possible tax matters for the municipal authority or related public-sector companies or participations, including in any event in the following areas: - Corporate income tax; - Value added tax (including VAT compensation fund); - Payroll tax; - Transfer tax. The contracting authority has an in-house tax team within the organization that provides tax advice to the organization. This team has the necessary (basic) tax knowledge in-house and ensures preparation of tax returns.
