TENDER DESCRIPTION

Single-award framework agreement for project management carried out through subsequent contracts for the creation of a cycle path connection between Gignac (PEM) and the neighboring municipalities located to the south, as well as for the construction of a footbridge over the Aurelle stream. The framework agreement is concluded by Hérault Engineering, acting as a purchasing center, for the benefit of the Communauté de communes Vallée de l'Hérault and the municipalities of Gignac, Pouzols, Saint-Bauzille-de-la-Sylve and Popian. The services include the AVP+, AVP, PRO, ACT, VISA, DET and AOR phases, as well as the following additional assignments: request for case-by-case examination (KparK), file under the Water Act (DEAU), simplified assessment of Natura 2000 impacts, declaration of public utility (DUP) and adjustment of urban planning documents (MECDU).
