TENDER DESCRIPTION

Single-award framework agreement for project management executed by subsequent contracts for the creation of a cycling link between Gignac (PEM) and the neighboring municipalities located to the south, as well as for the construction of a footbridge over the Aurelle stream. The framework agreement is concluded by Hérault Engineering, acting as a purchasing centre, for the benefit of the Community of Communes Vallée de l'Hérault and the municipalities of Gignac, Pouzols, Saint-Bauzille-de-la-Sylve and Popian. The services include the missions AVP+, AVP, PRO, ACT, VISA, DET and AOR, as well as the following complementary missions: request for case-by-case examination (KparK), file under the Water Law (DEAU), simplified assessment of Natura 2000 impacts, declaration of public utility (DUP) and updating of land-use planning documents (MECDU).
