TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority procures, under this framework agreement, the following equipment/services: Wireless and continuously operating monitoring systems for the track superstructure's tilt and deformation, including measurement devices, data transmission, web-based services, visualisation, automatic alarms based on threshold values, as well as commissioning and support required for use. The assignments to be commissioned under this framework agreement are intended for the Helsinki–Tampere rail section and, as a starting point, for the following projects: • Helsinki–Riihimäki capacity increase, phases 2 and 3, and • Helsinki–Tampere basic improvement, start-up phase Notwithstanding the above starting point, assignments under the framework agreement may also be commissioned for other new projects that may begin during the term of the contract in that rail section. The estimated volume of work to be commissioned under the framework arrangement totals EUR 400,000.00 per year and an estimated EUR 1,600,000.00 during the period of validity of the framework agreement, excluding value added tax.
