TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Contracting Authority procures, under this framework agreement, the following devices/services: Wireless and continuously operating tilt and deformation monitoring systems for railway structures, including measuring devices, data transmission, web-based services, visualisation, automatic alarms based on threshold values, as well as commissioning and support required for use. The assignments to be commissioned under this framework agreement relate to the Helsinki–Tampere rail section and, as a starting point, to the following projects: • Helsinki–Riihimäki capacity increase, phases 2 and 3; and • Helsinki–Tampere basic renovation, start phase Notwithstanding the above, assignments in accordance with the framework agreement may also be commissioned for other new projects that may commence during the term of the contract on the above rail section. The amount of work to be commissioned within the framework arrangement is in total an estimated EUR 400,000.00 per year and an estimated EUR 1,600,000.00 during the term of the framework agreement, excluding value added tax.
