TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Overdie-West district in the Municipality of Alkmaar is due for an integral redevelopment. The existing sewer system and a large part of the public space have reached the end of their technical service life and will be replaced. The work mainly consists of: - cleaning the site; - removing and installing sewer pipes, house connections, inspection chambers, catch basins and storm drain connections; - removing and installing paving elements, edge strips, gutters and curb-to-pavement transitions; - sawing and breaking up asphalt paving; - carrying out earthworks, including excavating, transporting and processing soil; - applying dewatering; - supplying and installing foundation construction material; - removing and installing road signage and road furniture; - supplying, installing and relocating public lighting; - applying traffic measures; - carrying out additional works.
