TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract concerns the development, in a building team context, of the concept design (SO) into a design ready for execution (UO) and the implementation of the redesign of Wilhelminalaan. The contract has two phases: Design phase In this phase, in consultation between the contracting authority and the contractor, a definitive design (DO) is prepared. The tenderer subsequently elaborates the technical design (TO) into a RAW specification. Execution phase In this phase, the tenderer, on the basis of the DO/TO and the delivered RAW specification, creates a design ready for execution (UO) and the tenderer implements the design as the main contractor.
