TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services include the development of an intervention strategy (Firm tranche of the contract), the design and the monitoring of the execution of the works of the aforementioned project (Conditional tranches) | The fees for the firm tranche shall be the subject of a lump-sum price offer by the tenderer. The amount must be between €40,000 and €50,000 excluding VAT | The fees for the conditional tranches are calculated based on a flat-rate percentage of the total amount of the works (final statement of accounts). For renovation works, the fee rate is set at 12.00%. For new construction works and landscaping works, the fee rate is set at 9.50%. The works budget (excluding VAT and fees) is estimated to date at: EUR 3,000,000.00 for the Surlemez site and EUR 4,280,000.00 for the Waret-l'Evêque site.
