TENDER DESCRIPTION

Within the Safety Region Kennemerland (VRK), there is currently no up-to-date and comprehensive overview of the paper-based and digital information management. Paper-based and digital Information Objects are distributed and, sometimes, stored with multiple copies across various sources, including filing cabinets, network drives, cloud storage, local environments, and email. A considerable part of this information consists of unstructured files that have come into being over time and are used and managed by various VRK components. The procurement concerns the existing information management of the VRK. The assignment includes analyzing, assessing, cleaning up, structuring, plotting, and preparing existing Information Objects for migration in accordance with the Processing Framework established by VRK. In doing so, the VRK will provide the location of the existing Information Objects to the Contractor. The aim is to create a demonstrably compliant, well-ordered, and future-proof information environment.
