TENDER DESCRIPTION

For the new development area "Tetendorfer Straße" in Soltau, a geothermal borehole field is to be constructed including a cold district heating network for geothermal heating. This also includes a technical control center at the edge of the current construction site area. The required collection and distribution pipelines have already been constructed up to shortly before the technical control center and will be routed into the technical control center after completion of the building. Access to the property of the technical control center during the construction period is provided via the existing construction access road and a newly to be constructed construction access road up to the property. The existing construction access road will be dismantled by the road contractor in mid-June 2027. After that, access to the property of the technical control center for construction vehicles is no longer available. A building is planned with a footprint (inside) of approximately 6 x 11 m and a clear internal room height of 3.25 m. The building is to be constructed from precast reinforced concrete elements.
