Herstellung und Lieferung von dreiundzwanzig (23) Niederflurelektrobussen

TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority intends to procure a total of twenty-three (23) low-floor electric buses, consisting of ten (10) e-solo buses and thirteen (13) e-articulated buses. The purpose of the procurement is the long-term provision of the contracting authority with electric buses approved under currently applicable German law, with high service life and mileage, low energy consumption and optimized maintenance costs for use across the entire route network of the contracting authority. The contract is to be financed with grant funds. The grant period mandatorily set by the grantor objectively limits the performance period; therefore, the service must be fully provided by the end of August 2028; no extension is planned. The contracting authority reserves the right to reduce the procurement quantity once by up to two (2) low-floor electric buses, depending on the extent to which the provided budget and grant funds are exceeded. The final number of units will be determined uniformly for all bidders when the contracting authority issues the invitation to submit revised offers.
