TENDER DESCRIPTION

The task of Hessen Film & Medien GmbH, Bertramstraße 8, 60320 Frankfurt (hereinafter: "HF&M") is in particular to financially support Hessian film and cinema culture with the aim of increasing diversity and quality in this field and contributing to the development of the media location Hessen. In this context, HF&M intends to award the processing of approved funding applications based on the applicable legal framework conditions from 01.01.2027 for a basic term of one year with three options to extend in favor of the contracting authority, each by one year (therefore for a maximum total term of four years), to an external service provider by way of a framework agreement. The funding volume currently amounts to approx. 10,000,000 euros per year. Under the framework agreement, it is intended to commission approximately 350 projects annually.
