TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Hasselt is a public organization with multiple entities, including the City of Hasselt itself, OCMW Hasselt, AGB Stadsontwikkeling Hasselt and NV Crematorium. Approximately 1,800 employees work for the City of Hasselt. We provide very diverse internal and external services that create very different document flows with their own purpose. The organization wants to evolve from a fragmented, poorly structured and historically developed information management system—spread across file servers and parts of O365—to a future-oriented, uniform and workable information management approach. Information management that supports service delivery and complies with statutory obligations such as transparency of government administration, retention periods, archiving and data protection.
