TENDER DESCRIPTION

Construction of a cold-water well: During the project, a 40 m cold-water well is to be established on the premises of the Zsóry Baths. Along the Baths’ western (Ny-i) fence, a noise-protection wall with a height of 3 m and a length of 10 m must also be built. Electrical energy and flushing water can be procured from the Baths’ utility network with a connection within 50 m. The resulting seepage water must be conveyed via the Baths’ drainage system by installing approximately 30 m of temporary piping. The well will produce for the Baths’ network. The required network pressure is 3.5 – 4 bar. The pump parameters are Q = 40 m3/o, H = 48 m, N = 7.5 kW. The pump installation is carried out with an NA 100 O steel pipe, at a depth of 12 m. Over the well, a prefabricated reinforced-concrete wellhead structure with internal dimensions of 1.5 x 2.3 x 2.05 m must be built. The wall thickness is 20 cm, and the floor slab and bottom slab are 15 cm. Concrete quality: C 30/37 watertight. Reinforcing steel: B 60/50. The cover (manhole cover) has dimensions 80 x 80 cm.
