TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Health Service Executive invites proposals from qualified Universities and Higher Education Institutions for the provision of a Higher Diploma Programme in Intellectual Disability Nursing for 12 Registered Nurses, commencing September 2027 and concluding September 2028, with an option to extend for two additional years up to December 2030. The scope of work requires comprehensive programme delivery, robust communication processes, and the appointment of a dedicated Key Account Manager to manage all aspects of the engagement. The HSE has the right to suspend the performance of all or part of the Job, for a fixed period or until further notice. In the event of suspension, the Service Provider is entitled to a reasonable portion of the Price and incurred costs for the completed part of the Job.The contract for the Higher Diploma in Intellectual Disability Nursing starts in September 2027 and ends in September 2028. There is an option to extend it for two additional years, which could extend the contract until December 2030. Unless otherwise agreed, the Service Provider must begin the Job on the contract date and complete it, including any stages, within the timeframe specified in the Official Purchase Order. The contract will expire on the date identified in the Official Purchase Order if a specific period or end date is stated. The HSE can suspend the Job for a fixed period or until further notice, and the Service Provider will be compensated for properly completed work before the suspension.
