The core scope of work for this tender involves a comprehensive relaunch of the HIL GmbH website and its subsequent maintenance, with an expected duration from January 2027 to December 2030.

The Statement of Work and core deliverables can be summarized into the following key phases and activities:

Phase 1: Onboarding, Analysis & Strategy (LP1)

• Onboarding, analysis, and strategy development.
• Setting up the system environment and infrastructure.
• Conducting an Ist-analysis of the existing internet site, including technical aspects, structure, content, user guidance, and security.
• Developing a conception, wireframing, and UX-design.
• Content migration and structuring.
• Defining project organization, roles, responsibilities, communication paths, and project management methods.

Phase 2: Core Implementation (LP2)

• Implementing basisfunktionen (basic functions) and security measures, including software-side backup and security routines, automated database backups, and encrypted interfaces.
• Implementing SEO, GEO, and tracking functionalities, with optimized metadata, URL structure, and keywords.
• Ensuring barrierefreiheit (accessibility) and UX-design, adhering to BITV 2.0/BFSG standards.
• Developing interactive modules and functions.
• Implementing supplier management and procurement functionalities, including roadmaps, interactive tender overviews, supplier self-assessments, forms, download areas, and learning videos.
• Providing exit management and termination support.
• Conducting quality assurance, testing, and acceptance.

Phase 3: Project Management, Training & Go-Live (LP3)

• Ongoing project management and training.
• Post-processing and training for the editorial team on content maintenance, backend usage, editorial workflows, and barrier-free content creation.
• Go-Live and hypercare-phase.

Phase 4: Ongoing Support & Development (LP4)

• Continuous support and maintenance, including major updates, support structure, service times, reaction times, and processing deadlines.
• A retainer for further development, including technical enhancements, UX optimizations, and new editorial requirements.
• An SEO-retainer.
• Backup & Recovery procedures, including daily backups, semi-annual restore tests, and 24-hour emergency recovery.

Optional Phase: SAP-Interface Integration (LP5)

• Integration of SAP-interfaces, specifically with SAP SuccessFactors, including conception, technical implementation, architecture, security measures, and automated, GDPR-compliant output of data (e.g., job offers) on the website.
