TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contract being tendered is offered as a design-and-build contract. The tender includes one electric boiler plant that must supply 16 MW of heat, as well as heat exchangers, pipes and pumps. In addition, a valve and pump arrangement must be supplied, including a shunt circuit and main/connecting pipes for loading and unloading to and from the thermal energy storage tank, and prepared for connection of heat pumps; the arrangement is used for pumping to the district heating network. The contracting authority wishes to enter into a design-and-build contract for the design, supply, installation and commissioning of an electric boiler plant within the delivery limits specified in the tender documents. Reference is made to the tender documents’ technical descriptions and specifications for a detailed specification of the delivery.
