TENDER DESCRIPTION

Renovation and conversion of an existing day-care/after-school center building as well as new construction of an extension, combined into a single childcare facility. The existing building must be cleared of hazardous substances before the start of the renovation and conversion works. For this, SSK services for planning and execution are required. Proof of expertise in accordance with DGUV Rule 101-004 and/or specialist knowledge in accordance with TRGS 524 as well as TRGS 519 is required. Submission of summaries of two reference projects with comparable measures is also required, max. 2 pages DIN A4 each. The contractor’s project management must ensure that, if necessary, it appears in person at the construction site within 24h. A phased award remains reserved. BGF existing building: approx. 611 m2, construction start 2029, completion of construction 2030.
