TENDER DESCRIPTION
Refurbishment and conversion of an existing after-school childcare building as well as new construction of an extension, combined into a single care home. The existing building must be cleared of hazardous substances before the refurbishment and conversion works begin. To this end, SSK services for planning and execution are required. Proof of competence is required in accordance with DGUV Regel 101-004 and/or specialist knowledge in accordance with TRGS 524 as well as TRGS 519. In addition, submission of summaries of two reference projects with comparable measures, max. 2 pages DIN A4 each. The contractor’s project management must ensure that, if necessary, it appears in person on site at the construction site within 24h. Step-by-step awarding remains reserved. GFA of the existing building: approx. 611 m2, construction start 2029, completion of construction 2030.
