TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the expansion of all-day childcare at the Saalburg School, the primary school requires its own cafeteria and, due to increasing numbers of students, the Realschule and Hauptschule (John-F.-Kennedy School) require additional classrooms and care rooms. The school campus in Bad Vilbel is used very intensively in terms of space; therefore a joint extension building is to be built adjoining the John-F.-Kennedy School to cover both requirements. The new extension building will be constructed at the north-western corner of the property. Between the construction site area and the existing sports hall in the east, there is a strip with dense tree growth. Tree protection and root protection measures are to be carried out by the contractor on site. Care must be taken during execution. Access and egress for construction site traffic takes place from the north via Massenheimer Weg. Here, from the fire department access road to the Saalburg School, traffic is prohibited and a cul-de-sac is formed. Signage is provided by the contractor on site.
